In addition to both being New York Times bestselling vampire authors, Sherri and Laurell have another thing in common, they share the same agent. Their agent also represents Neil Gaiman, another long time fave author of Sherri's.

The first LKH book Sherri read was Blue Moon in 2003. She's been hooked on her work ever since.

Factoid: Sherri not only adores Laurell's work, but is lucky enough to also know the author who is as wonderful in person as she appears on paper.

Is it Laurell K. Hamilton
or Sherrilyn Kenyon?

They say everyone has a twin. Though they don't have the same look now, there for a time, Sherri was often having fans and booksellers confuse her in person with Laurell. One bookseller absolutely insisted she'd met Sherri in Chicago and at that time, Sherri had never been near Chicago. But looking back at old pictures of Sherri when both she and Laurell were first getting started in the paranormal field, it's easy to see how someone might have mistaken them.
