Believe it or not, Sherri is a VERY shy person and finds it hard to walk up to someone and start talking to them. She's always been very nervous and intimated by crowds. So please don't be bashful, come up and say hi to her.

Sherri and her staff get a TON of email every day. It may take a good while before you get a reply. When you send in your E-mail, try to keep it short and to the point (be pithy). It is also quite easy for E-mails to get lost in spam filters and sometimes they don't get through at all. Sherri once had an email pop up three months after her editor had sent it to her. Her assistant Kim says that he receives in the amount of 100+ requests per day along with over 200 other types of E-mails.

Factoid: Sherri met her best friend Janet at an RT convention when everyone who was sitting at their table got up and left them alone. They stared at each other and then Janet started talking. The next thing they knew, they were inseparable.
