So what is Katoteros? That's a good question. No one really knows. It's like Atlantis. A fabled place where no one is sure what went on there. It was once mentioned in passing in an obscure work by Plato. He believed evil souls were sent there to be punished. It's rumored to be worse than even Tartarus. But who knows.
