Participants will be given the link to the
official K-Con block once they've registered. Please note
that it is the registrant's responsibility to book the hotel
room and that the fee for the room is not part of K-Con fee.
What are we going to do?
In one word: PARTY!
There will be games such as Hunteroply and a scavenger
hunts, contests, dress up parties, prizes, signings, an
official Dark-Hunter tour of the Quarter and a chance to
visit with fellow Menyons and Sherri as well. A unique
chance to spend the weekend with Sherri and see the book
locations up close and personal.
A full schedule will be posted as soon as
everything is finalized.
How old do I have to be to attend?
Attendees must be at least 18 years of age. Those under
18 who wish to participate, must be accompanied by a legal
guardian and both must pay full price to attend the
convention.
What if I can't afford to pay it all now
or I don't get in?
Unfortunately this year, payment will have to be
rendered at the time of registration. If you are unsure
about attending or it closes before you get a chance, please
join our waitlist. And to make it fair for those who missed
the first wave of admissions, we will be drawing names from
the wait list to give you chance to come even though you
weren't the first ones in. Then should anyone need to
cancel, names will be taken in order from the waitlist.
Cancellation Information:
Prior to June 30, 2009 a full refund minus a $50.00
processing fee will be available.
July 1-Aug 30, 2009
A 50% refund will be available.
After Aug 30, 2009
No refunds will be given.
