On the 15th of May, I was reborn as a Lady of Sanctuary.  On that day I discovered the wonderful place that I am now honored to call home.

But my journey here has had many twists and turns along the way. Have been blessed to have lived in as varied places as New Jersey, the Adirondacks of New York and even Las Vegas, Nevada. Almost moved to Atlanta but after a month there, has a meltdown at a Popeyes drive-thru (a long sordid tale) and fled back to the northeast.  And along the way have travelled to the 4 corners of the earth.  Always on the lookout for that perfect place....a Shangri-La.  That place which would enchant the eye and nourish the soul.

And I just may have found it in Sanctuary.  Here I can indulge myself with my books, music and many good friends.

Along with my on this journey is my trusty canine companion DINGO.   Can't really say I own him...he is way to independent for that.  But Dingo is fitting in nicely with the menagerie that lives here...crows..cats...dogs...rats...gators...and even a dragon or two.

I have been blessed to have been squired to Sundown, aka Jess.  After I met my cowboy, he lasso'd my heart but good.  It is an honor to serve him.

(Jess...I promise on my squire's oath to not only serve you dutifully, but to keep you constantly supplied with Moonpies!  Never had a Moonpie till I met you...now I'm a convert....see how you have changed my life!)
