The sum of all human knowledge, Percival isn't really human himself. Though he knows everything, his understanding isn't the best. He is often baffled by human behavior and the simplest dichotomies. Because of his knowledge, it is imperative that he never falls into the hands of Morgen or her minions.  If he does, she will have everything she needs to destroy the Lords of Avalon and find all of the missing objects.
