No one knows where Troy comes from or who his parents were. He keeps his past as a well guarded secret. But what is known is that he is one of the most powerful of the Circle. He wields a solid black sword that has an unholy glow whenever it strikes another. His eyes are an unnatural shade of green that spark whenever he is angry. He is often found in the late twentieth century where he believes Excalibur is waiting to be found.  

Bold and vicious, Troy is believed to be, if not a demon, then definitely a demonspawn.
