Rose books is a division of The Zimmerman Group,
Inc. The Zimmerman Group was first started by Wulfgar Ruark
Zimmerman who, in 1993, partnered himself with Richard Capalletti to
create Zimmerman-Capalletti. The two of them made a number of bold and
aggressive moves in the stock market that quickly took their upstart
brokerage firm to the top.
In 1994, Mr. Zimmerman had a vision of where the telecommunications and
internet industry was headed. Borrowing against his stocks, he founded Zimmerman Projects, the first web design firm in the
country.
By 1996, Mr. Zimmerman had expanded the company,
buying out failing e-commerce sites. Later that year, he expanded into
publishing by buying out Harris Press, a small press genre publisher
which he then renamed Rose Books. By the end of 1997, Rose Books had
become the third largest publisher of genre fiction in the country.
Today it is one of the most successful publishers in the world.
Specializing in romance fiction, Rose Books
spearheads many charitable causes under the name of the Rose Zimmerman
Foundation. Our goals as a publisher are simple, we vow to bring only
the best books we can procure to the romance audience.
