Mere words can never fully express just how much gratitude I owe to my readers. I have never once forgotten that without my readers, I am nothing. I write not for profit, but for the hope that in some small way, I can bring laughter and a little bit of happiness into someone's life.

Long before I sat down to write my first novel in hopes of seeing it published, I was a reader, too. And in those days, it was the words and worlds created by others that gave me peace, laughter and excitement when I needed it. 

Most of all, it gave me faith that tomorrow, no matter how bad the day, that tomorrow it just might get better. And that in one minute, my life could take a quick change for the better. For that, I owe a huge gratitude to all those hard-working authors who have given me the greatest gift of all. They gave me hope and they touched my heart. 

Now in a small effort to give back some of what has been given to me, I am planning a few contests to help celebrate my readers.
